BOSTON, Mass.- In the opening day of the 2013 New England Championship senior Victoria Flowers (Providence, R.I.) notched her fourth career New England weight throw title to lead the squad on Friday. Flowers took the top spot with a hurl of 21.19 meters which breaks her previous meet record.
